2. Processing Personal Data

2.1 Broadway’s website can be accessed and used without registration, and without having to provide any personal data to us. From time to time, when the Site is only used on this basis, there is no data processing for purposes of the GDPR; any data we may collect from you at such time, e.g, IP address, is in all cases Anonymous from the time collection and cannot be associated with you by any means. It is therefore data that does not fall under the scope of GDPR.
